1) Hate no one
2) Be friendly with everyone
3) Be compassionate with everyone ie. kind, sympathetic, caring
4) Be free from feeling of "Mine"
5) Be free from feeling of "I"
6) Be Even minded in pain & pleasure i.e. calm, not easily ruffled, not easily disturbed, equable
7) Be Forbearing i.e. Patient & restrained, tolerant, easy-going, forgiving, merciful, understanding, accomodating, kind
8) Be Ever Contented i.e Satisfied
9) Be Steady in meditation
10) Be Self controlled
11) Be Determined ie.having firm decisions
12) Chant Hare Krishna and Be Happy
