  3. A sentence is produced in mouth. But where is its origin? Mind. But from where does a thought that has converted into sentence has appeared in the mind? It is Brahm. Psychic field is an area where thoughts appears like weeds appear on ground. If mind focusses on any one weed and waters it, the weed enlarges into tree. This thought has life because of minds focus on it. This is that thought that either gets converted into sentence or being lifeful can be read by mind readers (magicians,gods, Yogis etc.) And the invisible source from where they keep on coming is Brahm.

i) If a person speaks something or makes a commitment and proves it right by his actions then he is nearly worshipped and respected in all ways.
ii) If a person speaks first and is not able to accomplish then he becomes a laughing stock for the critics and loses fame.
iii) If a person acts first and accomplishes the commitment and then speaks then he is the wisest as no power can prove his words wrong.

6. So a wise should talk by actions first and then speak because if you speak first, lots of impediments will raise their heads to block your way. Hence a wise should act first and speak later. Ie A wise should speak by his actions
