Call the PhoneBanking number in your city
Select your language
Dial 1 for Bank Account services
Enter your Customer ID and TIN or Debit Card number and PIN
Select 'Mapped account' or 'Alternate account for which you require the chequebook
After you have heard the balance, continue with 'Other Transactions' on the Main Menu
Dial 113 to request a chequebook
